    Laura Prakash is the Chief Executive Officer and co-owner of Missing Link Security (MLS), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) delivering mission-critical IT, cybersecurity, and program management support to federal agencies.

    With more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning military service, public health, and federal contracting, Laura brings a disciplined, mission-focused approach to building high-performing teams and executing complex government programs. Under her leadership, MLS has successfully expanded its prime contract portfolio, established strategic joint ventures, and strengthened partnerships across the federal marketplace.

    Laura began her career as a Chemical Officer in the U.S. Army, leading soldiers in combat operations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. She later served as a Presidential Management Fellow at the National Institutes of Health, where she supported the National Cancer Institute’s Center for Global Health as a public health and scientific data analyst.

    Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts from The Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Public Health from San Jose State University.

    Tony is an accomplished IT Executive with almost 20 years of government contracting experience. He has a Master’s in Technology Management from Georgetown University. His technical background has been focused on infrastructure (Cloud and on-premise), agile software development, along with cyber security. Tony leads operations at MLS with a focus on growth opportunities within the IC and DoD market.
