• Security Expertise – We provide Security Expertise in cyber, physical, and personnel security. Some companies are too small to have their own security personnel. Other companies have a security person with expertise in one area – typically information security – and need support in other areas of security. We provide Security Expertise in every aspect of security to assure companies have the best policies and procedures for their security needs.
• Security Posture Analysis and Confidence Assessment (SPACE) – Our proprietary analysis methodology includes assessments of physical, virtual, internal and external risks. Clients are given a complete evaluation of their current security posture.  We also include recommendations to improve that confidence so our clients can prioritize effectively.
• Cyber Forensics – We provide detailed forensics of security incidents including development of a chain of custody. Our licensed private investigators are information security experts. We have two forensics laboratories – one in the DC metropolitan area and the other at our Continuity of Operations (COOP) facility in West Virginia.
• Security Operations – We provide comprehensive services from design of a Security Operations Center through implementation and operations.
• Continuity of Operations – We provide our clients with an off-site Continuity of Operations facility in West Virginia. The facility provides storage of backup data and applications.
• Compliance – We set up security programs in compliance with external regulating entities. We assist our clients in establishing processes and procedures that will keep them compliant with ever-changing government regulations.
• Facility Clearances – We support the facility clearance process. We understand the requirements needed to build a secure facility or simply to gain a facility security clearance. We possess all the necessary credentials to perform background investigations. We help companies with their initial facility clearance and with periodic audits.
• Private Investigation Services – Traditional support to law enforcement including investigation, documentation, and presentation of criminal activities.
• Physical Security –Physical security requirements cover a wide range of needs whether it is a standard office building or a secure data center. We can set up the proper security practices, design the proper security systems, or perform an effectiveness assessment. We also perform audits to assure physical security practices are properly and effectively implemented.
• Personnel Security – Some companies have personnel security requirements. Sometimes these are met through simple training, and other times there is a need for ongoing services. We assure the proper security is in place to assure success.
• Security Audits – We perform audits of existing security practices and processes. These audits are often set up on a recurring schedule as required by external regulatory policy, or may be conducted on an as needed basis. Security audits may be performed with full knowledge throughout the organization, or an undisclosed audit may be performed if necessary.
