Department of Commerce US Patent and Trademark Office

Missing Link Security is the Facilitation Services Prime Contractor at the Patent and Trademark Office Cybersecurity Division. The Services include supporting the System Owners/System Development Leads by facilitating the seamless integration of information security into organizational business processes consistent with Risk Management Framework methodology. The Facilitation Services includes categorizing their system, selecting and tailoring security controls, identifying configuration management requirements consistent with implementing the security controls, formulating the risks, preparing documentation for the accreditation and updating the security authorization package documentation.

Department of Homeland Security National Cyber Security Division

Missing Link Security provides support to the Information Systems Security Managers at the National Cyber Security Division. This support includes a variety of technical activity including policy assessments, certification and accreditation, scanning, and vulnerability analyses.

Department of Homeland Security National Protection and Programs Directorate

The Missing Link Security team provides a variety of technical support to the National Protection and Programs Directorate. We provided all the policy, procedure, and reporting support that brought the FISMA score from a failing grade to an A+. We also provide the Communications Security management support including key management and 24/7 operations support.

Department of Homeland Security Office of Health Affairs

At Office of Health Affairs, Missing Link Security provides Security Management Support Services. These services include Industrial Security, Information Security, Physical/Facilities Security, Information Systems Security and Personnel Security.

Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology Directorate

The Missing Link Security team supports the certification and accreditation of new technology systems. The team performs vulnerability testing, risk analyses, and works closely with the engineering staff to identify mitigation techniques.

Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Investigation

Missing Link Security provides system security support to the Federal Bureau of Investigations. This support includes security engineering, policy development, vulnerability assessments, and certification and accreditation.
