Health Care Flexible Spending Account is a tax-saving opportunity for full-time employees who are eligible to make health care flexible spending account (health care FSA) contributions on a pretax basis. Employees may allocate up to $3000 a year to their FSA account. |

Training and Development: Through Administaff we offer in-house team training, management skill building, time management, general financial management, etc. Additionally you may choose from an instructor led course in your area or go on-line with through the Employee Service Center for maximum convenience with unlimited on-line courses provided by SkillSoft. Training topics include CISSP, PMP, ITIL and many others. Additionally, Missing Link Security offers tuition reimbursement for continuing education for degree programs as well as job-related training. |

PAID TIME OFF |
Paid Time Off includes: Two weeks paid annual vacation, 10 paid holidays, 5 paid sick days per year, 5 paid personal days per year |
INSURANCE |
Long and Short Term Disability for all employees. You will receive basic long and short term disability up to 60% of base earnings up to $2308 per week for short term disabilities and $10,000 per month for long term disabilities.
Life and PAI coverage for all employees. You will receive basic term life and personal accident insurance (PAI) coverage equal to 1 x basic annual earnings, with a minimum of $15,000 and a maximum of $50,000.
